To Our Valued Customers:

Hughes Electric remains open and we want take care of your electrical needs.

WE ARE CONSIDERED AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS, PUBLIC WORKS,  PER   Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency, March 19, 2020 memo

We are taking the safety of our customers, our clients and community very seriously. Like you, we are closely monitoring COVID-19, and staying informed on the recommendations from health care experts, the CDC and the WHO. At a time when health and safety is of paramount concern, we wanted to provide some assurance of the steps we are taking with both our office and field personnel to comply with CDC guidelines and to help protect our employees and customers.

Each of our Electricians has been questioned regarding their, and their immediate family members’, current health temperature, known symptoms, etc. They have also been required to share travel plans with us. Technicians are encouraged to stay home if they experience any symptoms of COVID-19 or believe they have been exposed to the virus.

All employees have been told that it is a condition of their employment to wash their hands as per the CDC and to follow the advice as it is handed down daily with regard to social distancing. They will employ the six-foot rule when entering your home and business whenever possible.

Each Electrician's van will be stocked with anti-bacterial items, gloves and masks which will be used at the client’s discretion for as long as they are available to us.

Our efforts will continue to evolve with each change the CDC recommends going forward. Hughes Electric is committed to keeping our customers and employees safe throughout this crisis.

We appreciate your business and please stay well and safe!
